"Room 103 tv channels weren't appearing went to reception n was offered an alternative which worked ok yes its noisy but its expected there was also ear plugs which was nice of them ordered room service via the TV to be told that it doesn't communicate to them great price very good location n excellent staff can't fault it"

"The hostel is perched above Kelvingrove park, a beautiful park at the doorstep. Easy walking distance (10-15 min) to University of Glasgow, Kelvingrove museum, bus stop, and Kelvinbridge Subway station. Pubs along Woodland road as well as a Sainsbury. The front desk staff seem to know everything that someone new to Glasgow would want to know. Our room was two singles with a private bath. Things were clean, comfortable and functional. A laundry washing machine issue was taken care of right away....

"The location is excellently situated in old town and it is within walking distance to Stirling Castle. As a Hostel, it has exceeded our expectations with its spacious public lounges and kitchen. The facilities were well maintained and staff were friendly. The only complaint we have is that the room we stayed in was lack of air circulation. "Good value accommodation. Very basic - so no kettle in room, no shampoo etc - but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was great - although it wasn't clear where things where. I fancied cereal, but couldn't see it until I was leaving. But all well worth it for the money. Would stay again."
