"Checked in and the room had not been properly cleaned. Hair in several places in the bathroom, tub was filthy. Was not stocked with any soap, washcloths or towels.The bathroom was as far as I got with the inspection and I requested to be moved. Staff placed us in another room and it was no better. Floor was filthy with crumbs of food and tags from clothing. Left over food in the fridge. "We were traveling from Michigan to South Carolina. I booked online prior to arrival. Upon checking in I was assigned a dirty room not once but twice. The third room was too small for my family and not what I paid for. Took four tries to get us a clean, correct room. "
