"This hotel was not up to the standards of other Palace Resorts I have visited. We stayed for 8 nights along with three other families, and all were very disappointed. First off, I reserved a "Superior Deluxe Ocean View with Balcony" and was given a room with a roof view, and slim view of ocean. After speaking to the front desk about this I was moved to a different floor and given a room that was one room down from one of our friends who paid $800 less for a "Deluxe Resort View with Balcony".
