"This hotel was really good value for money. I would not bother paying for the breakfast as this was over priced. The rooms were clean and comfortable but it did say that it will be changing to a premier inn soon and the rooms will all be having a make over. I would stay here again if returning to Newcastle."

"Travelled with my daughter and her two boys love this hotel been back twice now loved the gym the pool the sauna coming back in march the food was expensive though and we ate out lovely beautifull hotel would highly recomend well done Delta Hotel"

"Room which was at the front of the property overlooked the car park. Single glazed windows which you could hear absolutely everything happening outside from but also which rattled throughout the night with the wind. Found the mattress uncomfortable and on the firm side for me so taking everything into account, had a very disrupted sleep. Was woken abruptly by a fire alarm going off for a few seconds. Limited choices at breakfast but tasted ok. "

"Massive room. The bed and pillows are amazing and the bathroom was spot on. We also enjoyed the fresh and tasty breakfast. The only little thing I’d change is, a bit more lighting in the room. I’d still give it a 10/10. "

"Quiet Clean very close to many shops 12mins walk to town Centre. Regular bus services and very cheap Cab prices. Staff were very welcoming amd available onsite. Convenient shop onsite"

"Had such an Exelent time at this hotel Breakfast was amazing there was a pool gym sauna steam room everything you need at your fingertips so I’m coming back near end off febuary staff were just amazing came with family coming back with Family so nice people come to this hotel so looking forward to coming back"

"Everything was okay. Staff are very welcoming. Close to the city centre. Area around the hotel lets it down a little bit. But it's ok. Not sure about the hotel reception area lends itself to an entrance to a call centre I think but the staff are no problem. Good free car park is an advantage. Breakfast bag is ok. Nothing flash but ok. "

"Car parking is across the road and discounted for anyone staying at the hotel which is a bonus. Great selection of food at breakfast buffet. Based in City Centre, close to many shops "

"There aren’t many shops nearby, mostly regional or country-specific stores. It’s hard to find what I want. The highlight is the convenience location for a short drive or public transportation away from town, but two things are inconvenient: the hot water for showers only lasts a short time, and the breakfast options are very limited for the price I paid."

"Car park full of rubbish. Got to check in desk needed photo id which never knew about and also had to leave cash refundable charge incase you made any damage to the room. Entrance door has no lock or anything so was just open all the time. Lift out of order. Room nothing like pictures. Had a connecting door to room next door which wasnt very secure so we had to move furniture in front of it. Very in need of redecorating. Marks on walls, holes in carpet. No full length mirror but screws...
