"Sadly nobody was around to check us in so we were waiting around in the lobby for a while trying to find a member of staff. When somebody finally arrived she was gruff and unwelcoming. "Staff so friendly and helpful. Found room quite warm in the day but in evening was able to open windows fully to get some air in (stayed in April). I imagine would be very hot in summer even with fan provided in room. Walls are very thin, not a problem for me as thankfully my neighbours were quiet but I know other people were not so lucky. Was able to do me a vegan breakfast in the morning which I was happy with. I would stay again if I was in the area and needed a good value place to stay. "

"Room was cleaned daily. Rooms in need of a bit of TLC, only one handle on a lot of the windows should 2, making it more noisy. Carpets in the rooms could do with a clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Food although limited menu was nice. Would stay again."

"Was disappointed as was under impression all the rooms had walk in showers as shown on line . We had 3 beds in our room One king bed and single which we did not request and worse the beds where on wheels and kept moving . The closet did not close. And the bathroom facade was peeling away The water in the sink did not empty fast and the faucet was loose . Staff was excellent"

"No wi fi available. . Room basic, with bed ,1 plastic chair ,1 plastic stool no sofa. No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! ...

"Large and spacious room very modern if a little basic. Minimalistic wardrobe space and tiny table/ moveable desk. More than adequate for an overnight stay. Included breakfast is simple and basic but very nice . "

Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick. Overall very good value for a nice hotel and would stay again if in the area."
