Staff did not care and Expedia says I can’t get money back on two other days booked so will be moving my business elsewhwre"

"This is one of our favorite places to stay in Lansing. The staff is always very kind and approachable and you can tell they work really hard to make it a great experience for their customers. Only downside is the charge for parking, since there is certainly no shortage in the area, because it isn't in a densely populated area and you can only get there by car. Just another way for the property owners to nickel and dime customers."
