"Room temp was not consistent, room above just very loud for hours in the morning"

"I could be wrong but it appears this building is used as a homeless shelter! Pulled in and there were multiple drug deals going on in the parking lot. Room was decent, bath tub was filthy and the halls smelled like marijuana at all times of the day and night!"

"First off, they gave us the wrong room. We were supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds, a pull out couch and a kitchen. They did move us to a 2 queen and pull out, but didn't adjust our bill. We had to ask for an extra towel three times, the pool was being renovated and the whole hotel was under major renovations. I understand, but it should be on their website especially the pool not opened. The room was not very clean, it needed vacuumed and the bathroom sink had a full crack inside of...

"We spent two nights and had a pleasant stay overall. Very clean, beds where comfortable and it was quiet at night. The staff went out their way to accommodate us with a crib and Rhea was helpful at the front desk. About a 10 min walk to Notre Dame. Would stay again."

"Property needs some updates. Overall staff was very friendly. Ice machines were down and one of the housekeepers offered to grab me ice from the main floor which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Main lobby area is well kept but the halls had soft spots in the floor, carpet was dirty, had a funky odor in the room and just overall not impressed especially for the cost. Not up to the brand name. I would not stay again, especially at that price."
