"The staff were friendly and efficient. Someone left a gift for me and a member of staff remembered me and advised me on my return.
We have stayed in this chain over many years occasionally and the decor and vibe is regularly updated.
We had a lovely brunch too in the morning.
It is good to have some milk for coffee/ tea and water in the fridge.
Nothing negative to say."

"It was clean, quiet, and the desk attendant was very accommodating. A lot of sources advertise a pub in the hotel, but it is closed and has been for years. Not much of a negative, but just be aware. There is no card entry into the building. The desk attendant has to buzz you in. At first it was a little strange, but the extra level of security is probably a good thing, though the neighborhood was not at all threatening. It is very diverse though, so if that bothers you it is something to...

"Both nights I stayed there were extremely loud parties with obnoxiously loud music that didn’t stop until midnight. We were not notified that this would occur and I certainly wouldn’t have stayed. Extremely inconsiderate of the staff. Would not recommend unless you enjoy being vibrated out of your bed."

"The ground-floor room is not as good as the first-floor rooms, especially considering the price.
One side of the room shares a wall/door with the neighbouring room, and sound from the adjacent room can be heard clearly, which affects privacy and comfort.
There is also no lock on the ground-floor toilet, which is a significant inconvenience.
Another drawback is the absence of a TV in the room. I believe providing a TV would be a basic and necessary facility for guests.
Overall, the...
