"Comfortable 1 night stay, but furniture within reception tired. Ate evening meal in the bar and breakfast in restaurant which were both excellent."

"The bed was comfortable but not the pillows. The first night there was a noise which made it hard to sleep. The landlord said it was the plumbing. The mirror light in the bathroom didn't work. The landlord said he would replace the bulb but didn't. The food was ok. There were a large number of people staying there who like me were going to the Goodwood Members meeting. Despite this no effort was made to accommodate the times of the meeting. I asked if I could have breakfast at 8 am rather than 8.30 on Sunday morning and was given a flat no. No food was available on Sunday evening."
