"Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."

"Their front desk guy Cyrus is rude and a power tripper. Their staff don’t communicate and then the guest is who ends up being blamed. I was told one thing over the phone and he still argued with me instead of getting his supervisor who was for sure there at the time. We didn’t even check in, we took our money elsewhere. Don’t stay here unless you’re rich and white cause they’ll treat you like garbage."

"Very nice, new, modern and clean. Big size room. Large bathroom, extra closet space.
The only negative was that our room wasn’t ready when checking in but they waived the parking fee for the inconvenience. $45 Savings for us so we didn’t mind at all. We just walked next door to grab an appetizer while we waited. Although they have a very nice, large lobby area that would have been comfortable to wait in too.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here."

"Confirmed a real crib would be available for our stay before booking because my baby does not do well in pack and plays for sleeping and got in at 1:00 am and checked in and they had no idea where a crib was and didn’t even have a real crib at this point. Almost an hour later a pack and play is provided with the hardest mattress and in the worst condition but it’s 2:00 and we all need sleep. "The stay was good but the elevator broke down the day before we left and they still didn’t have it fixed by the time we checked out. This created a problem with hauling suitcases down the stairs and for other people who needed to bring their belongings upstairs. They really need to have a 24/7 service for that since there is only one elevator in this facility."
