"There are not a lot options for breakfast. The hotel doesn't serve free water and they do not have a gym. Also, They only have one washer and one dryer to wash clothes for the entire building."

"This hotel overcharged me and I ended up paying over $600 total for a one-night stay. As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability. Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen. Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel."

"Apartment is large, nice kitchen and living area. My problem was the bathroom. The fabric curtains were dirty and even had mold. They have a mat in the shower that needs to be removed! the towels are blue and either old or stained and did not smell clean so I didn't use them. The kitchen towel was cleaner and i used that as a towel (and paper towel as well). The bathroom just needs an update, remove the old wallpaper, get new white towels, change the moldy curtain!"
