"The hotel was overall nice and in a great location. The 2 things that really ruined the stay for me was waiting for the elevators and waiting for my car from valet service. There were 5 elevators, but it seemed like only 2 of them were working at the time. A large group of people and myself waited around 10mins for 1 elevator to finally appear.
There needs to be better communication between the customer and the valet service they provide. I called the number provided to notify pick up....

"This property was clean & our room was comfortable. The breakfast was a plus. Our only problem was we requested extra blankets after returning from dinner with the same woman we checked in with- heavy set older woman. She told us she was alone and would have to retrieve from housekeeping and would bring them later. 2 hrs later my husband went back to the desk to ask her about the blankets as we wanted to go to bed.
