"Lovely suite ‘Filby’ (up spiral staircase so only if you are fully mobile) plenty of room with roll top bath. Took advantage of free classic car tour of Norwich city centre (ask and book at reception). Nice breakfast room

"Initial impression- good. Car park all gravel but plenty of parking.
Reception - water on offer but it was empty.
Were told our booking didn’t include breakfast but included 20% off food and soft drinks. Nice because we had forgotten. No information on where restaurant or bars not a big problem but it is nice to be told.
We booked a table for dinner. Was given our room key. We asked if it was possible to walk along the river from the back of the restaurant… no access it is only from the other...

My partner and I stayed one night for our two year anniversary, and we where giving an upgrade room, with Rose petals in the roon with a card wishing us happy anniversary.
The hotel is beautiful and Is surrounded by beautiful gardens.
I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel especially for a special romantic break"
