Hotel offered a free treatment but as we were leaving the next day it was of no use to us. They should have offered refund. All in all it was fun. Loved the lounge, the food at Madhu’s."

Only on the Monday morning did I witness a friendly, competent member of staff making an effort to improve and maintain the restaurant’s cleanliness.
