"Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. "

"The hotel was ideally located for visiting a relative in the nearby hospital. The ground floor room was large, with a large comfortable bed, kitchenette and bathroom. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge, hotplate and microwave. I enjoyed swimming pool and steam room and there was also a sauna and spa facilities. There was a garden and an outdoor seating area. As we were only staying over between hospital visits, we did not use the restaurant."

"Our room was very clean and nice . It was on the first floor above the lobby /toilets which has piped music from 7.30am until late into the evening which could be heard all day in our room. It was also positioned in the alley side of the building next to the pub which is also noisy . So maybe not the hotel to stay in if you’re hoping for a quiet get away . "

"The self serve check in machines x 2 were not working. No one the front desk, asked the lady managing the bar she said she would be there in a bit, but in the meantime continued to serve new people coming up to the bar, cleaned multiple tables all the time whilst I was waiting just to check in. Once I asked again and she came over to help,! but she was sickly sweet. I just wanted to check in. 20mins later it finally happened. Room was good, had kettle and tea available for the morning. "Excellent place and I can't wait to go back, it was a friendly welcome and its a lovely as described place in a very quiet location. Kitchen is well stocked and stuff is easy to use, sofa and beds were comfy and the place was warm well maintained. "

"Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. Alongside the great views, we had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a clean and modern en-suite.
