"I enjoyed the practical layout of the suite. Clean room. Floor carpet along with sofa bed needs a thorough wash. Thicker comforter would help as well."

"The property and our stay was really nice. Rosie at the front desk helped us check in early and was very helpful throughout our stay. One small thing that was disappointing was that the pool was closed during our stay. We also did not get housekeeping. When they came, we asked that they come back the next day at noon and when we returned to our room, we saw that housekeeping had not come. "It was clean. The tiolet in our room constantly ran and it was leaking water. The staff were very attenative to guest. The security gate is to be a little undesirably. The breakfast was not worth NO 24.00 dollars per person, it was the same as you get from breakfast buffets that are free at other hotels."

"My only complaint is that the shower in the bathroom did not work properly. I was forced to take a bath with hot water. The mixer was not functional. I left for a function at 10:00 AM with the promise that it would be repaired. I returned at about 8 or 9 PM and it was not. A second complaint saw a very apologetic plumber replacing the "Mixer". Apparently the report/complaint was not accurately recorded or passed on to him. The efficient Airport Shuttle driver made up for my disappointment."

"Overall, our stay was good. The location was convenient, and the price was very reasonable for the area. The only issue we experienced was with the availability of towels and washcloths. We had three guests in our room (originally booked for four), but were only provided three towels and two washcloths on the first night. When we requested additional linens, we were told none were available. The following morning, we asked again and received one additional washcloth, but the shortage continued...
