"Everything was great, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, smiling, and caring — I almost felt like I was at home. The location is excellent, in a really good area. The sleeping capsules were comfortable as well. The only small downside was that inside the capsule area near the doors, there was some trash left behind. Other than that, I can definitely recommend this place. Price, quality, and location — 10/10. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"It was pre World War II building that was mostly well maintained and cleaned. The lights would go off and on in the hallway but other than that it was fine. I also wish there was a more secure place to store luggage that I left behind after I checked out and needed to leave with the hotel before I take the train back towards the evening. "

"Very low-frills facility, no real amenities to speak of, but it is convenient and located close to public transit, convenient to LGA. I found it to be a bit noisy, even on the third floor, what with the Queensborough Bridge traffic, the 7 train and the nearby railyard. Fit my needs well enough as a solo traveler. There's a little convenience store around the corner -- handy, but rather high-priced."
