The Westin New York Grand Central
5/5 Excellent
"Loved our stay at the Westin Grand Central. The staff was all very polite and accommodating for me and my family (two adults and two young children). And the location was perfect for everything we wanted to explore in NYC. The area around the hotel felt super safe and had plenty of stores and cafes to check out nearby.
I knew in advance that the destination/resort fee was required but that it covered breakfast and in my opinion it was well worth it. The hotel is “separate” from the restaurant in the sense that they don’t share staff or fees so whatever you get extra will be charged to your room. The restaurant host was amazing but the wait staff could’ve been more polite. Overall, the food was a delicious way to start our days.
I would definitely stay there again!"
