"The reception was not manned, although someone showed up to check me in after about 5mins. The room smelled musty and damp. The pillows were small. The blinds on the window did not work. I couldn't close them completely so there was a lot of light coming in. Someone was using a power washer to wash their car outside the room three doors down. It was very noisy and they did not stop until around 11pm. When I left at 8am the following morning there was nobody in reception and no breakfast was...

"The room was clean but it had the most horrible musty/mildew smell I think was coming from a dirty air conditioner filter we had to smell that all night long. The refrigerator didn’t work and the laundry facilities didn’t work properly. Although the room was clean I would not stay there again because of smell it can be good for a person to breathe that all night."

"I had booked through Expedia and accidentally booked a day later than intended. I tried to switch when I got there, but they said I had to call Expedia to do so. I called Expedia, they said they would have to call the hotel to do so. They said they couldn’t get a hold of the property and said I would have to book the original night I had intended while I was there and they said they would send an email to try to resolve the payment I had already made.
