"My son booked a room for 4. He was thinking there would be 2 queen-sized beds in it. However, there was a twin and a double bed. He was told that it was a rule based on the size of the room. It would have been helpful if that was acknowledged on the website. The bathroom was not given wash cloths, there were no hooks on the door to hang any clothes, and there was some wallpaper starting to peel. Of course, it wasn't air-conditioned, although it had 2 rotating fans that didn't do much."

"The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke. Only after around 15 phone calls, contacting Expedia, and almost 2 hours of back and forth was the issue finally resolved.

The house was cluttered with personal items which made it seem chaotic.
The house was not supplied with dish washer soap so we had to buy our own.
The big bottles of toiletries were not useful just clutter. The freezer was filled with meat so not much space to put anything in.

"Friendly staff which made the stay feel welcoming and comfortable as a solo traveller.
The double beds sadly are two singles pushed together with an obvious crack down the middle of the two mattresses. This is something that I would expect in a 4 star hotel.
The air con is useless. Unfortunately it is a climate controlled unit which isn’t effective at making the room cool, which is a disappointment especially when visiting in the warmer summer months.
