"A fantastic B&B Guesthouse with excellent staff! Highlight of our trip to Eastbourne, staff gave good dining tips. Lovely breakfast the next morning. Self parking and good location for walking."

"The room was clean, staff were accommodating and the room service food was great.
My only issue was the room smelt of paint which gave me a headache after a few hours."

"Room was clean and excellent size, though saying sea view was pushing it as that was only visible in top right corner of the dirty window. No food available at 6pm on Sunday evening and the general decor of the pub and facilities is pretty poor. Fine for a short overnight stay but place needs an upgrade"
