Hotel murah di Eastbourne Seafront

"Stayed at the Grand many times. This time we felt things weren’t to the usual standard. Close to our room the area was being decorated. There were signs apologising but we did wonder, given that the hotel didn’t appear to be ‘to capacity’ why we couldn’t be in an area not being decorated. We were also never far from the noise of pigeons in our room which wasn’t great. At breakfast, we are usually asked if we want anything over and above the buffet. This time, no one did that or indeed...

"We enjoyed a lovely sea view room that was clean, with tea making facilities and a lovely shower. Although on 2 evenings there was entertainment we didn’t hear it upstairs. The bed was comfortable and despite being at the front of the hotel on a busy road we had good nights sleep every night."

"From just the perspective of location and staff I would give my 5 days stay here better marks,but so much is wrong. My ground floor room (7) had a window that would only open 2 inches and it overlooked a temporary rubbish dump. I closed it all day as I was worried about rats coming in. I could hear water running down there on many occasions and it wasn’t raining. Also staff went down there to make phone calls and neighbours were noisy. Very hot and no fans. Rooms are cleaned every other day...

"Booked a single room at the front with a balcony Very clean and comfortable However, the hot water tap would not turn, i contacted Reception, who immediately moved me to another room along the same corridor Not another singel room but a double, on the corner, with two balconies it was lovely, very impressed Breakfast is a buffet and very nice, excellent value"

"Great location on the seafront - pack your swimmers for a quick dip. The rooms are clean, comfy and well appointed. Excellent shower in the room we had. The fresh milk on check in is a great touch. The team on check in and check out were very helpful and polite"

"No person in attendance if you had trouble accessing your room. It is really a ‘backpackers’ stay over. Not what I would expect from a hotel. Pay extra to have room made up? My TV receiver was stuck to the window with blue tack! One towel not even a hand towel and a basin in the shower room in which you couldn’t wash your hands without soaking toilet seat and floor. It really was minimalistic, managed because really only needed a bed as was working at the tennis but wouldn’t use it to holiday in...

"Good value for money / very quiet and well located for the pier and beach - only criticism was that the bed was too soft for me - would stay here again though"

"The staff were amazing from the front desk Darcy and mum to the night porter, who could not do enough for us brilliant. Would recommend to all ages and jealous that we’re not still there. Carnival was great; only thing is if you’re down for this event next year, find parking first early, as it’s at a premiere. Massive shout out again to all. 👍😘"
