"Super stay. Bright, clean room Superior Classic. Had tasty sandwich lunch outside in sunshine. The hotel is wonderfully situated, set back from the road and coastline. Beachy Head walks very close by and superb promenade walks right out front by the sea. Great for Congress Theatre. Splendid historic building, facilities and friendly staff. Parking on site. Fabulous varied breakfast....cereals, fruits, smoked salmon/meats/cheeses and served hot breakfasts. Love it there. Thanks"

"I enjoyed my one night stop here very much. From the smiles that met me upon arrival to the delicious cooked to order breakfast before departure. Located on a quiet street midway between the station and the seafront it is in a great spot. Room was very comfortable and had everything I needed including tea/coffee and kettle. "Had an excellent two-night stay at The Beach Front Guest House! The staff were absolutely lovely, room and bathroom were very clean, and the breakfast was delicious! Check-in was easy too. The location is convenient for local restaurants and shops. Parking permits are available during your stay. We couldn't have asked for anything more. This is the perfect stay if you are planning to visit the area/Seven Sisters!"

"Hotel was very dated. Room door was bowed and didn't fit properly, window frames were rotten and corridors very noisy. But, staff were friendly and welcoming, room furniture was knew and bed and pillows were very comfortable."
