"There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I did love the historic atmosphere of the hotel—almost like stepping back in time! It was also convenient to several nice restaurants. Great breakfast we had at the cafe! "The king suite was perfect for two adults and two children on pullout sofa. Very Comfortable,Clean and spacious. The pool is smaller but has a great seating area. We took advantage of evening snacks and breakfast with made to order omelets. Building is beautiful It was a great visit"
