"Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia...

"Overall a good location and a great apartment. The only things that let it down was that the cleanliness could be a little better, and it needs to be made very clear that the use of the gym facilities is charged daily which was disappointing because my stay was partially based on the use of the gym facilities. The kitchen is very small, but it’s adequate, there is no dishwasher (there may be in some other rooms) but there is a washing machine. Transport links are good, metro around the corner,...

"Breakfast was amazing. Location was good. Room not all lights were working. A/C not working at all!! Was 28 degrees out and they said it’s too early in May to turn on A/C in hotel!! Not even the furnace fans worked- no air movement. We talked to the manager & asked for a fan for our room and they said no they can not provide one. Very disappointed and uncomfortable stay. Unable to sleep. We opened windows but the noise was too much."
