"TOILET WHISTLED WHEN FLUSHED. VENDING MACHINE OUT OF ORDER. ROOM WAS NOT READY AT SPCIFIED CHECK IN TIME. NO WATER AT BREAKFAST. BURNT EGGS AND OVERDONE SAUSAGE AT BREAKFAST. NO DECAF COFFEE THE FIRST DAY. DOOR KEY LOCKED OUT FIRST DAY, HAD TO GET NEW KEY. LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR OUR NEEDS."

"The staff at Tru on Davis Hwy. in Pensacola Fl. were extremely friendly and helpful! The facility was clean and well!-kept. The beds were super comfortable and the daily breakfast had an excellent selection! I would definitely stay there again! ☺️"

"The staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous. There were no more parking spaces except for diamond members so we were told that we could park there. I thought that was pretty nice."

"I was really impressed with the hotel. Lay out and design of our room was great. Very comfortable. Love the kitchenette. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of food. Would have like real dishes to eat off of and fountain drinks as I dont drink coffee. Also, sausage was a little bland. But all in all I would highly recommend."

"Room wasn't clean at all upon arrival we saw trash on the floor candy wrapper's under the bed a dirty sock in the closet and stains on the sheets I went asked for another room they was full but I talk to the shift manager the next day she told me she would have them go clean the room well when we arrived back to the room it seemed clean but still trash and candy paper and sock in the same spot the next day our room was skipped from being clean overall everyone was nice but they need to do walk...
