"Checked in at night, however the first room we entered was very dirty, dirty towels on the floor and dirty sheets. The second time we got a room that was not the same price. Finally they resolved the issue after 3 times. "

"Would not allow me to obtain a room because I lived too close to the hotel. Forget about a staycation. Given that information at the last minute (check in) it was impossible to get a different room for the necessary time frame on such short notice. This was a disappointment as Best Western was always a go to for a staycation. "

"The staff were great, the dinner excellent and the facility was wonderful. I booked a luxury room for valentines. We traveled over 3 hours only to learn that our room was not available. They said it was an issue with Expedia. "

"I loved the property, we all enjoyed our stay. There were 4 of us attending my son’s wedding. My only complaint would be the air fresheners throughout the house. The house was very clean and didn’t need them. I’m allergic, so just a note for others who may be as well."
