"The property was within 10-15 minutes of all parks. We rented the 3 bedroom and it was nice for everyone to have their own bedroom. Beach and lake views were nice, pool with hot tub , family friendly , spacious rooms etc . It was also very affordable . "

"I arrived after midnight with 3 children and my room was ready and available. The room was 2 queen with sofa bed coach and accessible bathroom. Bathroom was large and bed were very comfortable. Room was very spacious. I didn’t care for the carpet but minor thing that didn’t really matter. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, home fries, huge sausage links, make your own waffles (strawberry and plain), cereals, breads, pastries, yogurt, fruits, coffee bar and juice machine. "Great room, the staff was super accommodating, ac was good and solid for my melting Canadian self. didn't get to try the food, and don't drink do didn't use the bar, pool was nice, even a cool little arcade, and a pretty nice fitness area. "

"We couldn't get the free breakfast, and the front desk was very nasty when I asked for the breakfast. He didn't even offer a choice to pay for the breakfast. This hotel doesn't have good customer service. This is the only one that I have a complain. Other Holiday Inns have better staff."

"Spacious and clean room. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Some electrical equipments like TV and telephone are kind of outdated but work fine. The laundry room is a bonus but needs better maitainance. The shower water is good but the cold and hot water labels on the shower valve are reversed. So if you turn the valve all the way to the H side, you’ll get cold water. Just turn to to 1-2 o’clock position to get good water temperature."

"Welcoming staff, very clean and updated decor throughout condo. Pools and hot tubs were nice temperatures. Restaurant with small bar and convenient store in middle of condos was convenient if you needed something quick without wanting to leave the grounds. "

"Check in was horrible, staff unhelpful. To top that off there was a leak in the room. Water coming from the ceiling. I’ll never stay here again, not even for 1 night. Not worth the money or headache. "
