"The overall stay was nice. It didn't say in the booking there was a parking daily fee, but understandable due to proximity to the airport and Mall of America. Only true complaint was at check in. When I checked in they were in between "shift change" the guy made us wait awkwardly as his boss stood behind him. Then when we were checked in the guy kept fumbling on every step. Repeatedly asked the same questions, didn't explain the parking. Took the make and model of my car. Didn't give me any...

"First of all, I would like to say thank u to the lady at the front desk that allowed us for late check out. The place was beautiful! Had a good selection for breakfast. Everything in the room was clean the only complaint I had was every time the toliet was flush, it did not flush. My husband had to take off the lid and fix something then it would flush. I would stay here again."

"This hotel is very nice! The easy access to the highway made everything quick and easy when driving in the city. Hotel room was clean and nice with a comfy bed. Hotel had a nice deep pool and a spa as well. Would highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t want to deal with center of Minneapolis traffic and driving!"

"Overall the room was fine. The bathroom looked a bit old and outdated but fine. The room temp did not go below 70 which was too hot for us but the front desk brought us a fan when we asked for one so that was great. The front desk was very helpful and quick at check in. It's also a 3 minute drive to the MOA so that was neat. Would stay again."

"Everything was great, except the shower floor was extremely slippery. I had a text from the manager asking if everything was fine with the room. I report the very slippery shower floor and asked if a rubber bath mat was available. I was pretty sure that there was not one, but thought I would ask. I never did get a reply. I did get the same message the next day asking if everything was good. Probably just an automatic message that gets sent out. I will stay there again, but if a message is sent...

"The customer service was great. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was so clean I could not find one thing out of place. There was no carpet which was even more amazing. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was stocked. We did not hear anything above or below us. The breakfast was pretty good, a lot to choose from."
