Very friendly and helpful staff, easy check-in and check-out, convenient location to get around Edinburgh (we walked to a gig in Queen's Hall), next door to Waverley but sound proof/ not loud outside, and we also managed to nab an overnight parking spot outside (free after 6.30 Saturday until 12.30 Sunday, ticketed otherwise).
