The staff at this hotel are inexperienced. When we arrived the person checked us in, passed over the keys and then took them back stating the room may still need cleaning. Apex Waterloo Place Hotel
Excellent hotel, in a very good location, close to everything. The maintenance of one of the just two elevators was a real pain. Everything else, was very good.
