"On arrival we checked in, given card keys and told time for breakfast. No additional info re hotel or facilities. Arrived in room with a horrible view over wasteland. Quickly found out sink was blocking and reported this twice in order to get fixed. Surprised at only 1 bottle of water left in room ..."
