"Disney Hotel partner. This hotel offered free shuttle bus to and from Disney theme park. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also great. There was convenient store inside the hotel and washing machine too. It's perfect for staying with kids. Definitely will stay here again next time."

"From the time i gt to the hotel the staff and the room was amazing. It was my husband and daughter first time out of the country and they didnt realize how humble others could be. The staff made sure we were greeted and treared from the day we arrive to the day we left. The rating of a 5 isn't the proper value to give this hotel. I would give them a 9.8 star. Thank you everyone for makkng my husband dream come true. "

"The hotel staffs were very professional, kind and patient with their customers. Our room was very clean and spacious for our family of four. Also, the shuttle service to Disney Sea and Disneyland was very convenient except it’s not designed to accommodate travelers with bigger luggages. The limousine bus to the airport was also very easy for us and the bellmen were exceptionally friendly and helpful. "

"The location is great. The local restaurants are much better in pricing and quality than some tourist spots. There is a supermarket which really beats the convenient stores. The rooms are big with great view. At first, i thought i booked a hotel that was too far away from most attractions but after staying here. It’s not that of a trouble because the subway is so close by! If I came back to tokyo, I would stay here than places in ginza. "

"Lots of amenities and staff were very helpful with any questions. Hotel location was also great, very close to multiple stations- max about 10-15 minutes to Ueno station, ueno-hirokoji station being right around the corner etc. Plenty of food too including all the convenience stores- 7/11, family mart & lawson, with ameyoko market being nearby and nakamise shopping st just a few train stops away! I could go on and on but in a nutshell location is very good - you’d really like it!"

"Washer is okay but dryer did not work great for us. We had to go outside to dry our clothes. There is a convenient store next to the hotel"
