"Very clean and staff was great anything you needed they were right there was not happy when the elevator broke down because they only have one but it was back up and running in no time I would definitely stay here again"
"Great customer service. Clean hotel. Clean room. Comfy beds & pillows. Convenient location...about 15 minute drive from Amalie Arena...didn't want to stay exactly next to arena so this was a great alternative. Breakfast was good...eggs, sausages, bagels, waffles and more. Free bottles of water at the front desk were the perfect touch for a hot Florida summer visit. Check in/out was fast and simple. Room 514. I will stay here again next time we come to town."
"Angela, our check in host was awesome! She took the time to tell us where to find some restaurants we were looking for and a very nice person. The only thing, there is not a lot of restaurants around there. You have to go into Brandon
area to go to LongHorns or other restaurants for specilaities in dining. There free breakfast was GREAT! Big selection of items and very good coffee. "
"The hotel was very nice and very convenient. The only issue I had was even with the setting real low on the AC. I ended up having to sleep with the covers off to me. It did not get cold at all. I’ve stayed at hotels that are normally about 80 bucks And froze my ass off."

"The property was very clean, front desk attendant was very friendly and ready to assist as necessary, the room was clean and checking in was a breeze. The mall being in walking distance was a big plus! "
