Hotel dekat Edwardsville Arts Center

"Everything was good except the breakfast. The food wasn’t very hot. It wasn’t the best tasting either. I wasn’t impressed by it. But everything else was good."

"Very nice place to stay."

"I have stayed here off and on for 5 years. First thing was they asked for my credit card to charge incidental, $40.00. If I didn't have issues, I would get it back. The second thing was my room, 218, was so covered up in strong room deodorant, it choked me, made my eyes water. It was terrible. I talked to housekeeping who stated some use strong deodorant and some use not so strong. After unpacking. All of my clothes, shoes, etc smells like it. I had to wash my clothes twice I think you...

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but I must say, the pillows need to be replaced. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The other thing in the rooms that were a pain was that you couldn’t have two phone chargers plu"

"The room was clean, the hotel was slightly dated but it wasn’t an issue. There were only two sets of towels. No bedding for the 2nd bed, and there was no microwave or fridge because they were all being used."

"Broken amenities everywhere & dirty walls that’s all but .. you do get a bang for your buck"

"The hotel itself was okay. Our room was clean but not in the best shape. There were some stains on our sheets but the staff came and replaced them. Our toilet didn't work and when it got clogged they had to give us a new room because there was no maintenance staff to fix it. The bathroom had no fan and b/c of that the ceiling tile was droopy and a little gross. The shower handle was very loose and we had to be careful with it. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating considering. The...

"Very good service at this hotel. The staff is wonderful. We went for a conference and took more than 40 people with us and were treated wonderfully"

"4 big crickets in the room and the bed is rock hard and the white curtains and sheets were yellow stains. My boyfriend had to squish the crickets."

"Continental breakfast was horrible. Waffles, toast ,bagels, cereal, and Swiss rolls were there and that’s it. No plates to put “food” on. No protein or fruit available. Not even peanut butter for some type of protein. When we checked out there was a video kiosk to check out at. Nobody was at the front desk. The only plus was that the room was clean. Not even an ice machine on premises but they give you an ice bucket? Never will I stay there again."
