Hotel dekat The Gardens at SIUE

"Everything was good except the breakfast. The food wasn’t very hot. It wasn’t the best tasting either. I wasn’t impressed by it. But everything else was good."

"Very nice place to stay."

"I have stayed here off and on for 5 years. First thing was they asked for my credit card to charge incidental, $40.00. If I didn't have issues, I would get it back. The second thing was my room, 218, was so covered up in strong room deodorant, it choked me, made my eyes water. It was terrible. "My daughter and I spent “2” nights at this beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect. We received outstanding assistance from staff members and the breakfast menu had a wide assortment of delicious hot and cold food choices. Wishing to thank all staff members for a wonderful stay and experience!"

"I was there 4 nights and the room was not cleaned once"

"Broken amenities everywhere & dirty walls that’s all but .. you do get a bang for your buck"

Our toilet didn't work and when it got clogged they had to give us a new room because there was no maintenance staff to fix it. The bathroom had no fan and b/c of that the ceiling tile was droopy and a little gross. The shower handle was very loose and we had to be careful with it. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating considering. The...

"4 big crickets in the room and the bed is rock hard and the white curtains and sheets were yellow stains. My boyfriend had to squish the crickets."
