"This hotel is was very welcoming. The people that run it puts alot of love and care into their clients. The breakfast was very filling and excellent everyday. We even got a pre packed breakfast for the early morning departure to Manchu Pichu. Thr family was very kind to our children and gave some good recommendations to some great restaurants near by. Keep in mind you are still a 20 min walk from the Center of Cusco but worth the time, the hotel is perfect."

"Wonderfully clean hotel! Very close to the airport with about a 10 min taxi. The hotel can arrange your taxi service. We got there about 8pm and food was hard to order. You will need to ask for towels. Either speak good Spanish or have your Google Translate ready"

"It is a beautiful cozy hotel. It has an amazing rooftop where we enjoyed tea while watching the moonrise or warming up early morning. The breakfast was simply fantastic, the variety of flavors every day was a treat! The staff were kind, specially Brissel, she is so hardworking and committed to a high quality service. We were grateful for her support. We will stay again here definitely, but in another room, the noise didn’t allow us to sleep. At 5 in the morning, someone was changing the gas...

"The place is in the center of the town. Great room. They have heater but I was not sure if it was working. It’s heat to prepare to have a warm clothes in case the room is cold in winter season."

"Super close to bus shuttle. It was walking distance which helped after a long day on the train and bus from Aguas Calientes. It was a bit of a walk to get to the plaza but still manageable either by foot or uber. The hotel had a restaurant which stayed open until late. And breakfast was pretty good. They didn’t have water in the room though so you had to go downstairs to get it. And tub felt a little high to get in and out."

"Very noisy hotel. If you try and sleep there are people (incl staff) making a lot of noise and it echoes throughput the hotel. Also it isn't in a convenient location, wouldn't stay again unless they worked on soundproofing."

"Excellent staff - very helpful and nice, and arraigned our ride to the airport which worked flawlessly. Great water pressure and hot shower. Great towels. Really good breakfast included; much better than the free breakfast that is typically included at American hotels. Room was quiet (back side of hotel, not on Main Street). Was also nice that the lobby had a water bottle filler. Location is good too, just a 10 minute walk to main plaza."

"I loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Cusco! The property is a 30-minute walk/$2 Uber ride to the Plaza de Armas—as a solo female traveler, I felt comfortable and enjoyed walking into town during the day, and was able to get quick Ubers every night.
