"We enjoyed an overnight stay in this hotel, catching up a flight next day. Thee rooms are fine. Very nice pool, inside free parking and good WiFi. Very close to everything in town."

"The resort is lovely, we enjoyed the food at the buffet and the restaurants plus we loved breakfast and lunch at the grill restaurant. Our room was always clean and welcoming. Enrique (restaurant manager) organized a beautiful milestone birthday celebration in the Italian restaurant that was perfect! Kevin (entertainment manager) had great events organized and I enjoyed stretch class and aquafit in the pool every morning. Our only complaint is the lack of shade at the pools. By the end of our 2 weeks there was 2 umbrellas at the smaller pool near the beach and the larger pool had 6 umbrellas… we won’t go back until there is adequate shade at the pool. It was sunny and 34-36C every day, you need shelter from the sun. Other than needing shade, I’d recommend this resort if you’re looking for a quieter adult only place. "

"Beautiful new hotel with great amenities near the airport. The only issue was the front desk staff. The female front desk clerk we encountered on our arrival was not very friendly and kept ignoring us and passing us off to someone else when they finally came along, while she appeared to be doing nothing. The female front desk clerk when we departed was extremely rude. This person should not be working in the hospitality industry!!"

"Superb grounds and facilities. Close by shopping and variety of restaurants makes this an excellent location in close proximity to Liberia airport. Peacocks, Iguanas and countless birds makes this an exceptional spot to relax and chill by the large pool. The staff are helpful and friendly. You won't regret your stay!"

"rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was excellent. Fitness centre was well equipped. Sometimes a language barrier in communicating with staff but they were always friendly and helpful. Free airport transport was a nice feature. Breakfast buffet was adequate but many things were not hot and the pricing varied considerable depending on who you spoke with. Expedia website suggested 17 USD pp but some staff were suggesting 36 USD pp. "

"Very nice peoperty. My mountain view cabin was amazing! No view of mountain but there's a great view 2 mins walk away at the Miraflores Restaurant. Rough road getting in. Hotel arranged a taxi for us to the airport in Liberia, $100 US cash. The road conditions are an issue. I personally wouldn't drive my own vehicle on this path. Hotel should get this paved. It’s not an issue that it's gravel per se, the issue is more like how uneven it is and the hilly parts have pot holes that were reminiscent of my atv jungle tour. Included breakfast buffet - but had limited options and food wasn't hot. 4/10 both days. My son opted for cereal and he's not a cereal kid. Fruit was fresh and delicious. If ordering a coffee at one of the restaurants, ask for milk separately. I like a little milk (still mid brown colour but staff adds too much and makes it a light beige. No longer tastes like coffee). Miraflores restaurant used a sad, old pineapple slice for my Pina Colado. Had a perfect one at Jaguar Restaurant (next to reception). Pool is nice but no changeroom/washroom. Closest is at hotel reception. Can easily renovate one of the rooms that's right by the pool. Bar menu at pool is limited and again, without a washroom I wasn't keen to order more than one drink. And only ordered 1 total. Change this "one thing" and sales will increase dramatically"

"The building was run down. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. When trying to check out to go to the airport to catch a flight, they wanted us to wait until they searched our room to make sure we didn’t steal anything. We would not come back to this location. "

"Not bad. Super small room, but the only time I spent there was sleeping and showering so I didn’t need anything fancy. Staff are absolutely amazing. Two minute walk from the beach which is a plus. Lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. "
