No loud talk, no music, no TV. Afterward, we tiptoed to keep the “noise” down and still got another call close to midnight from the front desk because those in the lower floor room were not happy. "If you are ever assigned a ground floor room, make sure the sliding glass door actually locks. Ours did not and the front desk guy told me the bar should be sufficient. No. You don’t ever say that to 2 women staying in a room that is unsafe because the door doesn’t lock. Do better. "

"The night staff for late check in was beyond rude and wouldn't check me in even after calling for a late check in all because my Uber driver stayedwith me for over an hour while waiting for her to come to the office and he didn't have his ID although he was not staying with me. I will never ever go there again and I haven't got a refund they checked me in before I checked in. I'm so disgusted "

"Staff and facility were excellent. Can’t give it a 5 star review, but not the Hilton’s fault. However the roadway next to our room was unbelievably loud. Obviously we had an outside room and I’m sure many others get less of this but it almost made us leave and look for a new hotel. We stated because the room was very comfortable and the facility was what we were looking for. Lots of interrupted sleep every night though. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Arizona Inn. It is somewhat dated (furniture, bathroom) but it was wonderfully quiet. Our room looked out on the gardens and the mountains beyond. There was free parking across the street but no real shops around. We ate one dinner there and two breakfasts and it was all excellent. My only suggestion would be to put new plumbing in the shower. "Our stay was fabulous! The Armory Park Inn is outstanding in *every* respect. From the gorgeous interior to the gracious staff, my wife and I knew we had found a winner. Amy and Dora anticipated every need we could have, with snacks, plentiful towels, fast wi-fi, robes, even blackout curtains. "Property was very nice. Bathroom needs updating. Shower and water pressure low. Stayed during a cold spell and the heat in the room did not work. Staff were great and very responsive"

"We were in room 118 and the gate attached to the outer wall slammed so loudly the entire time. Sometimes it sounded like thunder, others a gong and the loudest was a trash truck dumping a dumpster. We could hear it over the tv and it woke me up several times. The food at the Javelina Cantina was not good. Everything else was very good."
