"We were driving to Chicago and stopped for the night in Omaha. We found a good deal on this cute older hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. It was clean and modern and updated inside. The shower was great, the room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. Friendly staff, highly recommended!"

Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. The availability of rooms, the type of rooms, the lack of controlling your room temperature, the fact that our rooms did not get cleaned or fresh towels offered daily, and the inconvenience of the parking garage bar code scanner were my least favorite parts of my stay here.
