"A refreshed property and the room itself was in good condition. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and some staff were helpful. However, hallway and room cleanliness could be improved, and several standard amenities were missing (no in-room coffee maker, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, or blackout curtains). The lack of blackout curtains especially impacted sleep. Overall, not a bad stay, but more consistency in cleanliness and basic amenities would improve the experience."

"It smelled like weed in the hallways. ROACHES! There was holes, missing tiles, flooring was sticky, holes in doors, paint chips everywhere. A homeless camp looks better."

"The room and bathroom were in rough condition. The room was also filthy. The top blanket also had dried food stuck to it. Check-in was not ideal it was not in person and on a screen with someone I could not understand. I was very disappointed with my stay and the lack of a front desk person. Would not recommend at all."

"No was horrible we left a day early drug addicts every thier where condoms laying on Ground a live rat running thre2 our bathroom into our room police knocking on door for hours for some drunk guy only had one towl to shower for 2 people no tv was set up it was the worese stay ever in my opinion the hotel should be shut down ."

"Pretty clean hotel in the heart of downtown. You're close to pretty good restaurants within walking distance, old town is right there for you to take a stroll through. Rooms are pretty clean, fairly modern, and the multi-story parking underneath is great if you're traveling through or are visiting the city for work."

"Pool was closed and we weren’t informed. Grand daughter was disappointed and the rest of the family was too. We weren’t given any refund except $50 when we inquired and we booked 3 rooms. Not quite what Embassy use to be. So many kids staying the weekend were so disappointed "

"I did not check-in. I didn't stay at the location. The place is ran down. It didn't look like a safe place to stay. The lobby didn't have a pleasant smell. It was a turn off from the appearance of how unkept the place was. So, I stayed at another location. Didn't get a refund."
