"This hotel is conveniently located off the free way and a short drive to downtown Omaha. One morning we drive to the riverside park and walking path in Omaha for a lovely morning walk. "

"The kitchen wass s awesome and the mattress was perfect."

"The rooms were too hot. You can’t adjust the thermostat below 65 F and it rarely stays at that temperature. Also, the swimming pool was small. The staff was helpful, but not much you can do when the structure itself is flawed. The breakfast was above average but consistently had to wait for refills on coffee. I will not stay here again. "

"We travel with a dog and we love the welcoming attitude. We love the large open areas where we can walk inside and the park area outside is fabulous. Food is available in the hotel and within easy walking distance in the Old Market. Plus, it's easy to get back on the road. We've stayed there several times and would definitely stay again. "

"The front staff was so incredibly rude, it was actually comical. Offered no help or options to me when I asked if I could get early check in after I had already called ahead and then outwardly made fun of me for getting ready for a wedding in the lobby bathroom (because my room wasn’t ready). Then when I came back to actually check in they were again rude and unhelpful. Then to top it off only one elevator was working and it was so slow that there would be a crowd of 10+ people waiting to get on...

"Unfriendly, not very safe as people can walk right into the paid parking ramp. Parking prices are excessive. Elevators take forever to come and get you. Breakfast was dried up, coffee was cold. Had to ask for creamer. Homeless sleeping up against the bulding. Drugs. "

"Was all we needed for a tournament weekend. Staff was cordial and helped with everything we needed. Only downside was no hottub but couldnt argue for the price downtown. Parking was $15 a night unless its full. Breakfast was par. Could see our family staying again. "

"Nice hotel with cool vibe. Didn’t see anything on parking and that was a bit frustrating since apparently onsite was booked and had to go find a parking garage. Not the end of the world but would have been helpful to know up front."

"Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Location is fantastic. Breakfast had a nice variety of different stuff. The only complaint I had about breakfast is that majority of the U.S. is not eating turkey sausage so stick to pork. While I don’t mind turkey sausage, others do including children. The bad… Pool was very very cold. Our toddlers wanted out after 5 minutes being in… it wasn’t heated like an indoor pool should be. Very strong smell of chlorine as well that made it difficult to stay...
