"There are very few resorts that really cater to vegetarians or special diets and this is one of the very few. This was exceptional for us with most restaurants offering vegetarian options and upon arrival at each restaurant were asked to reconfirm any dietary restructions or allergies matching what they keep online in their file at all times. We particularily enjoyed the attention given to menus at each of the many restaurants with many creatively successful Dominican interpretations of other cuisines.
The all day onsite Aroma café offers best in class café experience with refreshed delicate pastries throughout the day that made for wonderful stops throughout the day. As very light social drinkers that do not spend time in bars we appreciated the presence of a high end café staffed with their own chef patissier producing pastries and various icecreams.
This was a luxury experience with a Domincan feel at all times from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. All coordinations are done via the convenient Excellence Resorts app we installed including a chat to remain in contact and any interventions we requested had follow-ups. We used the phones a few times but the app was generally more convenient.
The resort is not only adult only but offered many quiet areas where we could enjoy peace and quiet as a couple without being bothered by loud music or activities. There were quiet areas for beach also finding chairs never an issue for us."
