"I recently stayed at the Nickelodeon Hotel in the Dominican Republic and honestly had a horrible experience. I was expecting a fun, family-friendly vacation for kids, but it was the complete opposite. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and not informative at all whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Customer service was very disappointing for a resort that promotes itself as luxury and family-oriented.
The rooms were also not kid-friendly as advertised. There were several things that made it uncomfortable and inconvenient for families traveling with children. The water park and resort activities also felt unsafe and poorly organized for younger kids. Many other guests were complaining about the same issues during our stay, so it clearly wasn’t just us experiencing this.
For the amount of money spent, I expected much better service, accommodations, and overall experience. Unfortunately, this trip was stressful instead of enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and kid-friendly vacation."
