"This hotel is very good for couples and families alike. It's conveniently located very close to shops and restaurants and has two massive supermarkets in front of it. Amenities are in very good condition, nice pools and spa areas. Very clean throughout. Has two fancy restaurants within the hotel itself and breakfast options are endless and decent quality overall. Only improvement point is the elevator system which collapses when demand is high."

"We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable.
