"The room appeared not to have been deep cleaned in quite some time and was in need of a thorough cleaning. The air conditioner vent had a significant buildup of dust, which restricted airflow and prevented the unit from cooling effectively. We felt it was necessary to place a towel on the shower floor, and the shower faucet handle was broken. Overall, the room showed considerable signs of wear and tear.
