"Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. "

"Lighting in half the room didn’t work. Coffee wasn’t available until breakfast started. Staff was nice. Parking easy. Some stains on the towels"

"We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again!"

"Staff were rude. Asked for clean bedsheets and did not get any. Was like pulling teeth to get fresh clean bath towels. Would not recommend staying here ever!"

"From the minute we walked in to the minute we left it was a grest experience. Very clean, welcoming and a beautiful hotel. Shout out to Penny at the front desk and also all the grille restaurant members. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again next year. We travel alot and this was probably one of our best stays "

"I booked at this property but had to cancel due to an emergency and they would not let me cancel. The property could not be contacted to even let them know what was going on. Do not stay at this hotel. A SCAM."

"Breakfast was terrible limited choices. Out of coffee Had to ask turn things back on even though breakfast wasn’t over yet. And all in construction and the halls and rooms are in poor shape "

"I booked a two-night stay here but checked out after the first night because the room was in unacceptable condition. When we arrived, the room clearly had not been cleaned. There was urine on the toilet, the pillowcases were dirty, and many surfaces looked like they had not been wiped down at all. The window was open with no screen, which made it feel unsafe and unsanitary. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies just to make the room usable. I even had to stand on a towel...

"I attempted to check in when i made reservation to sleep there for the night and no one was at front desk neither did they answer the phone when i called reservations center to transfer call to the office"

"I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. Due to the conditions, we did not stay in the room and were moved to another hotel. At that time, I was clearly told that I would...

"We checked in and found our room door was open and a fan in the room drying the carpet which was still wet. Went back to desk they removed the fan.the room was suppose to have a refrigerator but was not there.i went back to front desk she came to room to check then had one brought to us.the room had no chair to sit in at all. They hadto bring a chair for us.noticed room cold found a window open .there was only one partial roll toilet paper no extra one.again had to ask for another roll there was...
