"We booked a room with a kitchen for 3 days and had no refrigerator for 2 and half days even tho we discussed the issue with the front desk daily and multiple times a days. On the last day they finally bought in a brand new fridge. There was a restaurant onsite it said it opened and 4pm but it didn’t. They didn’t do anything to compensate us for no refrigerator and there was no ice machine. My husband went to the front desk then they gave us some ice from the restaurant once. They just kept...
