"We ended up not staying the night. There was no on site staff. The room was cold, you couldn’t adjust the temperature. The bathroom door didn’t close. The water was ice cold, even after running for 10 or so minutes, as the contact person told us to do. We booked the room with the hot tub, which wasn’t usable, so they put us in a room with a jacuzzi tub, not the same thing. Lastly there was a fitted sheet on the bed, but no top sheet under the comforter, which didn’t feel like luxury bedding as...

"Seems like it would be a nice enough place to stay with the family for a vacation getaway right on a lake. However, we were traveling across I-80 and just needed a place to stay overnight. This was a ways off the highway, so it required some extra driving to get there. The room was okay. It's an old motel that has been renovated but still seems a little tired."

"This was an amazing place with remarkable people. Hop was extremely friendly and helpful. And Marie made the most incredible breakfast. They made us feel like we were part of the family. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He gave us a tour and let us feed and pet the horses, who I now love! And the pool and hot tub were absolutely wonderful! "This property was great! We are already talking about going back during the summer. The highlight of our trip was the lake beach. Our kids enjoyed it, as we were lucky to have very nice weather in April. They got to play in the shallow end! The property itself is very clean, modern, and cozy. The property owner was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay! We had a great, relaxing getaway and didn’t want to leave. We hope to return soon! "

"We chose to stay here based off all the good reviews it had. I’m not really sure why it got so many good reviews other than for it being located on Main Street. The room didn’t feel super clean and the bed was so uncomfortable we hardly slept. The continental breakfast was a joke. There was hardly anything but cereal and some sketchy boiled eggs to choose from."

"Very quiet, quaint, and laid back. Location is just isolated enough but close enough with short drives to activities and needs that strikes a great balance. Staff is fantastic and there are local activities that make a fun and relaxing stay."

"Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Cute place. Looks like an older home with common areas that you're welcome to use. I booked the twin bed room and it was clean and comfortable. Exactly what I needed for a 1 night stay. Pictures of rooms and the grounds were accurate. The only thing that I wish was different was the rug in the room. I wouldve preferred tile or wood. However I would still stay here again if Im ever in the area. Also close to town, shops, restaurants."
