"This hotel is pretty old and tired. Only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is that they had replaced the carpet in the room with vinyl plank, so that helped somewhat. There was wingback chair in the room that was fairly threadbare with stains on the arms and seat. The desk chair seat and armrests (vinyl) were worn and had tears in them. Told lead manager and he came over and told us we need to pull up on door and push it closed. Several times in our stay the door would just open up on its own and how is a handicap person to do this when capable person had issues. Had paint peeling in the bathroom and flex shower head was leaking out the wall and head unit. ...

"We stayed for three nights and the hotel was clean with a fridge and microwave. Hotel staff were very friendly. The queen room we had was very small and difficult to move around in with suitcases. The hotel is 20 miles from West Yellowstone. We ate breakfast at their restaurant once which was a buffet for about $14 and decided to.go elsewhere for the next two mornings due to the quality."

"Hidden gem. Don’t go by the exterior. Rooms were great. Loved the fire pit and cornhole boards. Nice sitting area in the the lobby. There was a $20 parking fee we were not aware of."

"The Wi-Fi was unacceptably slow. It was almost equivalent to having no internet connection, as we could not watch YouTube or download offline maps. There was also a serious bathroom issue. When we flushed the toilet, water leaked to the lower floor.
